Our usual contract of dedicated developer service is six (6) months to one (1) year contract at the minimum. Project scheduling and budgeting are performed similarly to the Time and Material model, though the monthly amount of work is kept on a certain level. The contracts are signed with developers and their work time is reserved for a client.
