We believe that quality project management is the key to any development effort. We apply our Project Management experience in managing and monitoring the quality and timelines of work done. For ensuring the same we have established our own development methodologies and processes. We excel in technical project management and increase quality and profitability of our clients project.

One key advantage of our workforce is flexibility. Although, we have our own monitoring systems, we can easily adapt to the practices and methodologies of our clients, depending on the agreements signed at the beginning of the project.

We follow the PMI standards for our PM process which is also the ANSI standard in project management. We can oversee your project, assuming ownership of the project's success or we can perform an audit/review of your current project situation. We can also identify and address gaps/risks in the project that may cause risk to business goals.

We use Microsoft Project Server along with Microsoft Sharepoint services to manage the ongoing project related issues and risks. Along with this we have our own server at the San Diego Data Center that is used for testing the application during the debugging stage. We also use a project portal, an interactive environment, to manage communication between our clients and development team.
